Catexis, representing argentinian label nodo, sets the mood with stretched, fire-like crackling breaks, rushing just to slow down and pickup the pace again. The industrial duo GRUZ created metallic and trashy, as in their every production, groove titled “zdjęcia produktów” (loosely translated as "commercial photography"). Both k:i:o:s:k & blue steel's heady, bass-driven IDM can be interpreted as a comment on the creative process and its ups and downs: long, intricate and knotty with euphoric, rewarding moments. Speed Dating opens the second part of the release with a new wave dubstep frenzy, followed by ASTMA’s noisy, arythmic groove. Divine Mercy closes the record with a never-ending, ecstatic track called “giratina”.

Each track on the record is a distinct and original interpretation of the title. Every person contributing to the album created their own balance between the two parts of the dychotomy. This resulted in a release with varied means of expression, where almost all tracks show complex emotions and moods. C/C opens a short conceptual v.a. album series on 00effort.

Pierwsze wydawnictwo kolektywu Zero Effort spaja tytułowa dychotomia. Oba elementy są kluczowe dla całości, ale o tym, jak ma wyglądać relacja między nimi decydowali artyści. Każda z osób zaangażowanych w album została poproszona o zawarcie własnej interpretacji balansu tych dwóch sił w około-klubowej kompozycji. Album składa się z siedmiu utworów - oprócz produkcji pochodzących od kolektywu organizującego wydanie znajdują się na nim cztery kompozycje gościnne.
